How long do the individual stages take?
The readiness check takes minutes to days depending on depth. The potential analysis delivers a roadmap within a few weeks. The first pilot then goes live in further weeks depending on the use case. We keep the stages deliberately short so you see results early.
Do I have to book all stages?
No. You decide after each stage whether to continue. The fixed price of the potential analysis is creditable against a follow-up project, but there is no obligation to deliver. This keeps the risk small and control with you.
Who delivers the pilot technically?
We accompany delivery, matched to your stack. We stay neutral in tool choice and hand over cleanly documented so your team can take over maintenance.
What happens after the pilot?
We measure the value against the target metric defined up front and decide on scaling together. A successful pilot becomes a pattern that transfers to similar processes, often faster than the first case because the groundwork is done.
