Controller
Tim Jamboula, Sanderstraße 18, 12047 Berlin, Germany, email info@ki-beratung.co, is the controller under Article 4(7) GDPR for the processing of personal data on this website.
Technical Status
This version applies to KI-Beratung (ki-beratung.co) and describes the current setup of the website: hosting with netcup GmbH on servers in Germany, automatically rotated server logs, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel only after consent, an embedded Cal.com booking flow and interactive tools that calculate only in your browser. The website has no contact form; you can reach us by email and through the booking calendar.
Hosting and Server Logs
The website is hosted by netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Str. 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany; the servers are located in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with netcup pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Technically necessary connection data is processed, typically IP address, time, requested resource, referrer, user agent and status code, to deliver the site and detect attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in secure, stable delivery. Access logs are kept in size-limited storage that is rotated automatically; older entries are deleted continuously in the process. Logs are only analysed for a specific reason, for example to investigate a security incident.
Consent and Necessary Storage
Optional analytics and marketing categories are disabled on the first visit. The first layer presents Accept all and Only necessary with equal prominence. Visitors can change or withdraw their choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is stored in a technically necessary cookie. Technically necessary storage is used only where required for a function requested by the visitor. Applicable legal bases depend on the activity and include Section 25 TDDDG and Article 6 GDPR.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
Google Tag Manager controls the approved tags and is loaded only after consent. GA4 and related analytics storage start only after consent to Analytics. The IDs in use are GTM-K6KGJJGF and G-1E8CXVS9PW. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing may include usage events, technical device and browser data and technically assigned identifiers. Google Signals is enabled in GA4; if you are signed in to Google, Google can link usage data across devices. The purpose is audience and usage measurement; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. GA4 retention is set to 14 months. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible.
Meta Pixel
Meta Pixel ID 1780734312949238 remains disabled until consent to Marketing. After consent, it may process page views and clicks on email and booking links as events for advertising measurement. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland; a transfer to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA is possible. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Booking Through Cal.com
We use Cal.com, a service of Cal.com, Inc. (USA), for booking appointments. The booking calendar is embedded on the page; the Cal.com calendar and scripts load only when you reach the booking section or click a booking button. When it loads, Cal.com technically receives your IP address and browser data. Booking actions alternatively point to Book a strategy call. When you book, Cal.com processes the appointment and contact details you enter in order to schedule the meeting. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the booking serves pre-contractual steps, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in simple scheduling. Where Cal.com processes data in the USA, the transfer relies on the transfer mechanisms provided by Cal.com under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR. Details are available in the Cal.com privacy policy.
Contact by Email
This website has no contact form. You can reach us by email at info@ki-beratung.co or through the booking calendar. If you email us, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message to answer your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request aims at a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once the request is settled and no statutory retention duties apply.
Interactive Tools
Calculators, checks and finders on this website evaluate your input only in your browser. The input is neither transmitted to us nor to third parties and is not stored; it is lost when you leave or reload the page.
AI Summaries and Social Sharing
Links to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, LinkedIn, X or email transfer no data merely by rendering the page. Only a visitor click opens the external service and sends the canonical URL and possibly prepared text. The destination provider's notices apply from that point.
Recipients and International Transfers
Recipients may include providers for hosting, analytics, marketing and booking. The services in use are netcup GmbH (hosting), Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.). Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the transfer mechanisms provided by the respective provider under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR apply. Nonessential services remain blocked until consent or explicit interaction.
Retention and Deletion
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for its purpose or required by law. Server logs are deleted continuously through automatic rotation. Email requests and booking data are deleted once they are settled and no retention duties apply. GA4 event retention is set to 14 months. Consent and withdrawal records are documented as long as needed for accountability.
Obligation to Provide Data and Automated Decisions
You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide personal data. Without it, however, we cannot answer an email request or schedule an appointment. No automated decision-making, including profiling, under Article 22 GDPR takes place.
Your Rights and Complaints
Under the GDPR you have the right to confirmation of whether we process data about you, to access that data and receive copies (Article 15 GDPR), to correction of inaccurate or incomplete data (Article 16 GDPR), to erasure (Article 17 GDPR) or alternatively restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), to data portability (Article 20 GDPR), and to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, in particular direct marketing (Article 21 GDPR). You also have the right to be informed about the recipients to whom your data has been disclosed; where reasonably possible, we notify those recipients of any correction, erasure or restriction of your data. You can withdraw consent at any time for the future, and withdrawal must be as easy as giving consent. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR), in particular with the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin, Germany, which is responsible for us. Email privacy requests to info@ki-beratung.co.
