AI implementation, from roadmap to a working pilot.

AI implementation is the step where a plan becomes a result. We deliver the most important use case from your roadmap with guidance, take it into production and make the value measurable on the running pilot. Instead of a slide deck you get a solution your team actually uses. We accompany delivery so pace and quality both hold.

Why many AI projects fail at delivery

The most common break is not the idea but the gap between strategy and operations. A pilot stalls in the test environment because no one clarifies the connection to real systems. A tool is introduced but not integrated into daily work, so no one uses it. Or responsibility for continued operation stays open. AI implementation, for us, means closing exactly these gaps. We think of productive operation from day one, not just the nice prototype.

What we deliver

We start with the use case at the top of the roadmap, meaning the biggest leverage at manageable effort. Typical first pilots are an assistant that takes over recurring text work, a knowledge bot on internal documents, a reporting autopilot or an automation that classifies and routes requests. We build the pilot on a proven stack, connect it to your existing systems and test it on real cases before it goes live. That makes the value real, not theoretical.

The toolstack we work with

We rely on proven tools instead of building everything from scratch. For automation n8n and Make, for applications Lovable and Cursor, for agents and assistants Claude Code and custom GPTs, plus tools like NotebookLM for knowledge work. Which combination fits you depends on the use case, not a product preference. Where data is sensitive, we keep processing in Germany and the EU so data protection and operation fit together.

Assess AI potential

Skills transfer instead of dependency

A good implementation does not end with a system only we can operate. Along with the pilot we hand over the knowledge of how it works and how you maintain and extend it. Your team gets documentation, a short briefing and, where useful, a skills library to build on. The goal is that after the first pilot you increasingly tackle the next use cases yourselves.

From analysis to implementation

AI implementation builds directly on the AI potential analysis and the roadmap. If you have done the analysis, you start here without friction because prioritization, business case and data situation are already clarified. If you come without an analysis, you get a compact classification up front so we pick the right first pilot. Find the entry on AI potential analysis and the full process on How AI consulting works.

What you gain

At the end of the implementation a use case runs in production that your team uses daily. You see the ROI on a metric defined up front, such as hours saved or shorter throughput. You have a repeatable pattern for the next processes and a team that has learned to work with AI. And you have certainty, because compliance and data protection are built in from the start instead of retrofitted later.

FAQ

What does AI implementation mean concretely?
AI implementation is the accompanied delivery of a use case into productive operation. We build the pilot, connect it to your systems, test it on real cases and take it live. The result is a solution your team uses, not a prototype in a drawer.
Do we need an AI potential analysis first?
It is the ideal starting point but not mandatory. With the analysis, prioritization, business case and data situation are already clarified, so delivery is faster. Without it we do a compact classification up front so we pick the right first pilot and lose no time.
How long does a first implementation take?
A first accompanied pilot goes live in a few weeks depending on the use case. We deliberately scope it to show impact quickly instead of building one big thing for months. The running pilot then becomes a repeatable pattern step by step.
Will we become dependent on you?
No, that is explicitly not the goal. Along with the pilot we hand over documentation, a briefing and, where useful, a skills library. Your team should increasingly tackle the next use cases itself. Where you want continued guidance, we stay, by choice, not dependency.
How do you ensure data protection during delivery?
We build data protection into the architecture instead of bolting it on later. Where personal or sensitive data is involved, we keep processing in Germany and the EU and document it traceably. The EU AI Act view we bring in via EU AI Act consulting that makes your AI practically prepared.
What happens after the first pilot?
The pilot becomes a pattern for the next processes. We evaluate the results, decide together on the next use case and scale what works. The roadmap from the analysis sets the sequence so impact grows predictably rather than by chance.
